Terms Of Service

General:
♡ Communication primarily takes place in Discord/Bluesky. Links at the bottom of this page.
♡ If you break my TOS in a big way, (way overstepping boundaries or breaking numerous rules) I'll know you didn't read it or don't care and I'll simply stop responding to you.
♡ I may turn down a commission for any reason.
Commissions I Will NOT accept:
♡ Mecha
♡ Loli
♡ Anything hateful
♡Graphic fetish content
I think it's pretty hard to find something I simply refuse to draw as I don't mind violence or most forms of NSFW, so don't be afraid to ask. My main reason for refusing to draw something is because I simply don't know how or because the subject matter makes me uncomfortable.
How To Order:
♡ At the bottom of this page is my commission form! It has the basic info that I would need for your commission. This makes it easier for me to keep up with your order. If you have any questions or have any difficulty filling out the google form, let me know and I can try working with you to solve the problem!
♡ It's important that you message me in Discord or Bluesky, preferably before you fill out the form. A link to my Bluesky can be found below, or you can find me on Discord! My user is pixlbunni. I'd like to discuss what you want first in case you decide to change your mind after discussing it or in case I, for some reason, can't accept your commission.
♡ In DM's we can further discuss your expectations for the commission and I can send you an invoice. This is also where I will share updates and you can let me know about any changes you'd like to make along the way.
Payment:
♡ At this moment, I only accept Paypal invoices as payment.
♡ After I have confirmed with you in DM's that I can accept your commission and you have filled out the commission form, I will send you an invoice through Paypal for payment.
♡ If the price is above $30, I will send an invoice for half of the payment upfront. I will not start on a commission until the first half is paid for. Another invoice for the remaining half of the commission price will be sent after the commission is finished. I will not send the finished product until the second invoice is paid.
♡ If the commission price is under $30, I will send a single invoice for the full payment upfront. I will not start on a commission until the invoice is paid for.
♡ The only information I will need from you for payment is your email so I can send the invoice. No personal information you send to me will be shared anywhere for any reason.
Refunds:
♡ Generally, I do not do refunds. The only circumstance that I will do a refund is if...
1. A refund is requested before I've started the commission.
2. I for some reason cannot finish the commission.
♡ In the circumstance that I cannot finish a commission for some reason, the percent of the refund will depend on how much progress I've made. If I have barely started, a full refund will be given. If significant progress has been made (past the sketch phase and into lineart/coloring) then a 50% refund will be made plus a png of the unfinished artwork. If only half of the commission has been paid for at this point, then no refund will be given but not further payment will be requested and the unfinished artwork will be sent.
Process:
♡ Depending on the type of commission you ask for, there are three main stages: the sketch phase, the line and color phase, and the rendering phase.
♡ I typically send multiple update screenshots throughout the process for feedback. Updates are heavily watermarked to avoid any potential copyright infringement.
♡ Commissions typically take me around 2-3 weeks to complete. If something happens and more time is needed, you will be notified.
♡ The sketch phase is when I'm most flexible and willing to make major changes like changing the pose or adding/subtracting elements. Sending pose references and being specific about what you want is helpful at this stage!
♡ The pose should be finalized by the time I start lineart and coloring, so no major changes can be made at this stage. The main changes here would be the color palette. Sending a color palette of your choosing is helpful at this stage!
♡ I won't start rendering until you're satisfied with the lineart and base colors. At this stage, I'm less likely to send updates, but you can request one at any time! Changes allowed at this stage are minimal as it's much harder to make corrections after rendering has begun. If you have a change you'd like to make at this stage, ask and I'll see what I can do.
♡ Finished artworks are shared through Google Drive to ensure there is no loss of image quality.

♡ As the artist, I retain all rights to my work and may use it however I see fit.
♡ I do not own the characters depicted in commissions unless the design is one of my own. Fanart/client ocs do not belong to me.
You may...
♡ Repost the commissioned piece with proper credit. MUST include my handle and platform (Preferably @howdoesonesocial.bsky.social)
You may NOT...
♡ Claim my artwork as your own.
♡ Resell my artwork.
♡ Use my artwork to train AI or use it as an AI prompt.
♡ Alter my artwork or remove watermarks.
